This demo of SUMS has been set up to give you a feel for the product and how easy it is to manage user accounts this way. What it doesn't show is the security side as this has obviously been turned off to allow any one using the demo full access.
If you set this up in a live environment one of the good things you can do is to limit team leaders to their own set of users or UIC group, this allows you to give departmental managers the option to resolve issues like forgotten passwords etc within their own area whilst not compromising other departments or system accounts.
Navigate using the menu items at the top but first start by trying a username or UIC. Usernames are auto wildcarded so for example if you type UCX in the username field and hit search you will see all the UCX UAF records.
Just click on the one in the list you want to look at or edit but please note the demo UAF file is recreated every 24 hours.
